Session Fees
The first screening call (15 minutes) is free.
E-Counselling sessions (45-50 minutes) are $120-$150 (depending on clinician).
In-person sessions (45-50 minutes) are $140.
*Sliding scale rates are available for those who cannot easily access standard therapy rates.
This can be discussed during the first assessment call.
**Counselling services provided by an RSW are exempt from GST and HST collection in Canada.

Insurance Coverage
Services may be fully or partially covered by extended health benefits and employee assistance plans. Psychotherapy and counselling may also be covered by your Employee Assistance Program.
Please check with your benefit provider for coverage eligibility. Your insurance booklet should indicate coverage for services from a RSW (MSW level) or Registered Social Worker.

Cash, Interac e-Transfer®, and most major credit cards are accepted.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions must be cancelled with at least a 24-hour notice.
Cancelled or missed sessions made with less than the 24-hour notice will be charged for the time set aside.

Confidentiality is important to ensure that you are able to talk openly and honestly in our sessions knowing
that anything discussed will be kept private.
The Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers’ professional code of ethics obligates practitioners to keep all information
you share to remain confidential and to not be communicated, directly or indirectly, to anyone without your informed and written consent.
There are legal limitations to confidentiality. We will discuss this with you during our initial consultation.
