Terren Lee, MSW, RSW Social Worker, Psychotherapist He/Him/His Pronouns
Terren has a passion for and interest in mental health and youth justice. He is a Registered Social Worker with growing experience in working with individuals in-person and over virtual platforms to provide psychotherapy and counselling for a range of difficulties including depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, self-esteem, fears, and psychosis. With a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach, Terren has been able provide support to clients in becoming perceptive of their challenges and begin taking control of their lives.
He has a Master of Social Work with a specialization in Children and Their Families and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Criminology & Sociolegal Studies and Ethics, Society, & Law from the University of Toronto.
Terren is committed to contributing to the professional field of social work. He is a member of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) and the Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW). He was appointed as the OASW Local Engagement Ambassador for York Region and Area. Terren is also an active volunteer at the Children’s Aid Society of Toronto for over 5 years, having taken on a multitude of direct and indirect roles including research and application for criminal injuries compensation, tutoring and special friends programs, webinar development training, and project creation.
