Individual Therapeutic SupportYou can receive support with a variety of challenges relating to:
• Anxiety, worry, and panic • Depression and mood • Emotional management • Lack of motivation • Life transitions • Relationship difficulties • Stress management • Self-worth and esteem • Unhelpful thoughts Don’t see your issue on the list above? Sessions are scheduled on a case-by-case basis. |
Virtual CounsellingCounselling is available over phone or video using secure platforms (PIPEDA & PHIPA compliant) for those who reside in Ontario.
E-Counselling brings great value to therapy, namely convenience, anonymity, and for some, comfort. E-Counselling may NOT be appropriate for those who: • Do not have a private device used for contact • Lack privacy in their intended place of contact • Have a complex mental health diagnosis • Are feeling suicidal or are involved in a crisis or emergency* *Should you or someone else be at serious risk of harm, contact 9-1-1 or a local crisis helpline |
