The first screening call is 15 minutes.
Each session is 45-50 minutes.
Sessions are scheduled on a case-by-case basis.
Counselling is available over phone or video using secure platforms (PIPEDA & PHIPA compliant) for those who reside in Ontario.
E-Counselling brings great value to therapy, namely convenience, anonymity, and for some, comfort.
E-Counselling may NOT be appropriate for those who:
• Do not have a private device used for contact
• Lack privacy in their intended place of contact
• Have a complex mental health diagnosis
• Are feeling suicidal or are involved in a crisis or emergency*

Therapy can be provided to you our Newmarket office. Face-to-face therapy offers advantages that virtual deliveries do not, such as a neutral space, more intensive support, and nonverbal communication.
Some treatment modalities are also better delivered in face-to-face settings.
Our Newmarket shared office is located at York Wellness, a mental health and wellness collective. There are several private offices available for use.
Free on-site (limited) and nearby free city parking spots are available (Newmarket City parking lot at Main and Botsford). The office is also close to Newmarket GO Station (bus and train) and York Region Transit bus stops.
